New Account

(click for larger version)
Signing Up for an account is easy. Once you've clicked the link to "Create an Account", simply fill in the neccessary fields. Fields with the * designation are required.

Once you've completed the form, click the "proceed" button in the upper right. If there is a problem with any information entered, the system will return you to this screen with an explanation of missing information or information which needs to be changed.

Our site may be configured to request more or less information, so be flexible. Here is a brief explanation on the fields on the form:

First and Last Name: This information will not appear on our Web site (unless you want it to appear), this is simply for our records.

Email/Username: Your email address is very important. When signing up, the system will send you an email with a link to activate your account. This is our assurance that the email address provided is valid. Your email address will not be shared or used in any way without your consent. Your email address will act as your Username when accessing your account. If your email address is in use within our system, you will not be able to use it to create an account - you'll need to call our office.

Password: Your password must contain only alphanumeric characters.

Address Information: Enter your address and telephone information. Your information is private and will not be shared. This portion of the sign-up screen may not appear depending on the configuration of our system.

Security | Use Email for Replies: If you want to allow people to email you through our Web site, set this value to "Y".

Security | Encrypt Email for Replies: if you set this to "Y" then people will be able to email you through the site, but they will not be able to view your email address.

Security | Remember My Password: If you select "Y", then after you sign in once on a computer, the system will try to set a cookie which allows you to gain access to your account in the future without re-entering your Username/Password information.
