At the request of come clients - you know who you are - we've added some missing functionality.

Calendar Parent Categories: added the ability to define a Calendar Parent Category as the "default" category when adding events to the system.
Combo Element Auto Spacing: Added a control to automatically space the grouped elements in a Combo Element.
Ceilings and Floors: Added the ability to assign custom Ceilings and Floors to individual pages of the site.
Global Layout Controls: Added global layout controls for auto-spacing Rows, Cells and Elements. Also added global CSS controls for Rows, Cells and Elements within a layout.
Delete Unused Elements: When viewing the "Unused Elements" table, you may now directly delete the Elements.
CSS Header Templates: Added controls to base Header appearance controls on another Header. Change the main Header and all the dependents change.
