Archived PDF Micro Payments

Added the ability to charge on a per issue basis for archived PDF issues. So, if Linear hosts your archived PDF's (or PDF conversion link - Yudu, Scribd, etc.), you can designate when PDF access becomes paid.

Time limits allow you to determine if PDF access will be immediately covered under micro payments - or you might tell the system to apply the micro payment umbrella to PDF more than two weeks old. Very flexable.

All micro payments move through the paypal interface with standard email notification of funds received.
