Generated inclusions are routinely produced whenever other parts of your Linear system are updated. For example, if you had defined a Generated inclusion to list 2 of the top calendar events, each time you added a calendar event, the system would check to update the contents of the inclusions. Other sources for generated inclusions are classified categories and directory categories.
Generated inclusions are linked to their source and can include images.
Maximum Community vs. Maximum Shown With each generated inclusion you set a limit on the number of potential listings gathered (Community) - usually, this number is greater than the number shown. The inclusion then randomly selects from the community when displaying on your Web site. That means the inclusion will rotate in listing the contents.
This Example: is taken from the "Help Wanted" category in classifieds. There are three listings in the Community, but only 2 are scheduled to appear within the inclusion; thus, the content of the inclusion is dynamic making your Web site more interesting.
