Complimenting our online reference tools (see Online Manual and Online Tutorial), Linear Publishing's other Web-based support tools are also built directly into the customers management system. Some of the features include:

System Notes: Linear Publishing is unique among your technology tools. Its is software like Photoshop or Word, but because it is Web based, you always work with the most current version. To keep our clients abreast to changes within the software, we use the system notes. The manual is always updated, but new items don't jump out of the manual.

Our system notes are displayed in a descending chronological order. We update this information regularly as new features and modifications are made to the system. We also use this information to send emails to our clients with periodic update information.

Client Forum: This feature allows our clients to communicate with other Linear users to share thoughts, ideas and techniques. We monitor the information and add our comments where appropriate. We are trying to foster the concept of a community among our clients.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions): Here, we catalog all questions (they may not always be frequent) which come in from our clients. Usually, we'll respond to a question immediately. By storing the information is a searchable format, all our clients have access to another resource for maximizing their opportunities with Linear Publishing.

Tickets: If there is a problem, our clients can submit a problem ticket to Linear. We'll turn around the solution in less than 24 hours. Each ticket is time and date stamped so we can track our performance.

Features: Clients are welcome and encouraged to submit ideas for enhancing the Linear system. Our best ideas always come from our clients.
